Urban Farming is a national organization who's mission is to create an abundance of food for people in need by planting gardens on unused land and space while increasing diversity, educating youth, adults and seniors and providing an environmentally sustainable system to uplift communities.

South City Café - South City Café is a new neighborhood coffee shop on Chicago Ave in Minneapolis’ Central/ Powderhorn area. We aim to positively impact the community by creating a warm and inviting café, serving espresso beverages, pastries, and healthy, made-to-order sandwiches and salads. South City Café will offer the community a place for meeting friends, hearing live music, studying, relaxing, or just grabbing a quick cup of coffee along your morning commute. This bustling café will contribute towards the ongoing movement of revitalization of the Central/ Powderhorn area.
Minneapolis School of JIU-JITSU - our newest tenant, is a self defense class.
Digitalx5, LLC - The team at Digitalx5 has the education and experience to provide exceptional results for your organization's needs. Based in Minneapolis, Digitalx5 began in April 2002 as a small venture. Today, Digitalx5 has more than 20 clients.
